 „UNIS“ d.d. Sarajevo is founded in 1968. Until 1992. it founded or integrated more than 100 companies in the field of cars and cars spares, repro-material,  chemistry and assigned industry, bearings, tools, etc. It had joint ventures with companies: Volkswagen,Singer,Olimpia,Olivetti. Also are  organized mixed companies in USA, Germany and Italy, and a great number of head-quarters all over the world. 

Since 1996. it started a restructuring and reorganization of the company. 

„UNIS“ d.d. Sarajevo is a parent company of the UNISGroup.Through investments and management it is connected with other companies of the  Group::

 FAGAS  d.o.o. Sarajevo – measure – regulating equipment for gas (44,83 % UNIS  and  55,17 % private investors);

UNITIC  d.o.o. Sarajevo – United investment and trade company (50 % UNIS and 50 % in the ownership of KCIC - Kuwait Conculting &  Investm Co. Kuwait, investments cca 71,5 million KM); 

UTL  d.o.o. Vogošća  is a factory of rolled bearings and their parts (joint-ventures: UNIS and  the company AB SKF  from Sweden  and 

PKL  d.o.o. Jablanica – specialized company for production of cages for rolled bearings (100 % ownership of UNIS).

UNIS d.d. Sarajevo sees its mission in building ofi business systems according with high international standards, to ensure a leading role of metal-processing industry in the region.
