Notice: Municipal Court of Vogošća for all four subjects of sale gave an agreement on purchase through a method of the small-scale privatization: 01-31-2638/09 dd 29.04.2009. , and by Urbanistic Plan of Vogošća is allowed to build buildings on them.

Submission of Bids:
Direct Negotiation rights have all physical and legal local and foreign entities according with Art. 12. of the Law on privatization of enterprises („Off. Gazetteof the FBiH“, 2/97, 8/99, 32/00, 45/00, 54/00, 27/02, 33/02, 28/04, 44/06,and 4/09) (further the Law)
Payment of the agreed price is exclusively in cash.
Bids are submitted directly or by registered mail on the address: Agency for privatization in the FBiH, Alipašina, 41 Sarajevo till 16:00 o'clock dd. 25.12.2009. in a sealed envelope, identified by the name of the subject of sale.
Together with a Bid is submitted a proof of paid deposit (guarantee) and a participation fee. Bidder instead of a proof of paid deposit may submit a bank guarantee for the deposit amount, which shall be unconditional, irrevocable and payable on the first call of Agency for privatization in the FBiH, valid at least 180 days since a deadline for Bids submission. Bidder is due together with Bid and a proof of paid deposit to submit a Declaration of full moral and criminal responsibility to have no obstacles related to Art. 12., Paragraph 2, Section 2, 3, 4 and 5 of the Law on participation in a small-scale privatization procedure.
Direct Negotiations winner is due before signing a Share Purchase Agreement to submit a proof of authorized body that there are no obstacles related to Art. 12. Paragraph 2, Sections 2, 3, 4 and 5. of the Law.
Deposit is paid on the account of Agency for privatizatiom in the Federation BiH, No:1540012000051021 at Banka Intesa Sanpaolo dd Sarajevo, and a participation fee on the account No:1540011100651792 at Intesa Sanpailo bank dd Sarajevo.
Direct negotiations with Bidders will be held on 30.12.2009. in Agency for privatization, Sarajevo, Mustajbega Fadilpašića, 1.
