Direct Negotiations' participation rights have all physical and legal, local and foreign entities, in accordance with Art. 12 of the Law on privatization of enterprises („Official Gazette of the FBiH“, Nos: 27/97, 8/99, 32/00 , 45/00, 54/00, 61/01, 27/02, 33/02, 28/04, 44/04,42/06 and 4/09) based upon deposit payment in the amount of 50.000 KM or a bank guarantee in the same amount, and non-refundable Direct Negotiations' participation fee amounting 3.000 KM on the Account of the Agency for privatization in the Federation BiH, No.1540011100651792 at “Intesa Sanpaolo Bank, Sarajevo.
The deadline for submission of Bids (in accordance with the Bid Form) is August 16, 2010. until 16:00 CET (Central European Time). Bids are submitted in a sealed envelope with a clear notification: „Bid for purchase of the state capital of the company Fabrika duhana Mostar d.d. Mostar”. Bids submitted by registered mail shall only be valid if the delivery date corresponds with the deadline mentioned above.
Opening of Bids, and the determination of their legal validity will be held in presence of all Bidders, on August, 19. 2010. at 11.00 CET in Federal Agency for Privatization premises, No 1 Mustajbega Fadilpašića St, Sarajevo. Upon determining of legal validity of Bids, Direct Negotiations will be held with Bidders with valid Bids only.

Having signed the Confidentiality Statement, the Bidder shall be provided with the Information Memorandum, and/or granted a Due Dilligence Visit (DDV) to the company, for information authentication. Direct contact with the company is prohibited.
