Short description: Subject of sale is technical-technological unity Tvornica čeličnih užadi Fojnica, Podcitonja bb, consisting of: land within 40.394 m2, business building (factory hall within 8.606 m2, assisting building ( anex with management part ) within 697 m2, assisting building ( boiler-house with equipment ) within 435 m2, assisting building (doorman's booth ) within 116 m2, assisting building ( pantry with flaming materials) within 40 m2, all registered in k.. 1013 in k.k.ul. no. 132 K.o. Ostronica Fojnica.
Object has underground installations, water and hydrant network.
CRITERIA FOR VALUATION OF BIDS:
1. Price ....................................................................................................... 350 points or 35%
Initial price is 3.709.678,40 KM. Whole amount of agreed price of the subject sale is to be paid in cash, and bids with a lprice lower than 75% of the amount of the innitial price will not be considered to this criteria.
2. Employment 7 (seven) employees ica d.d. Sarajevo........................ 350 points or 35 %
Taking of 7 (seven ) workers ica d.d. Sarajevo within 30 days after signing purchase-sale agreement and their employment in the period of at least 3 (three) years since employment day.
3. New financial investments........................................................................ 300 points or 30%
New financial investment amounting 2.000.000,00 KM in the period of 24 months since signing the purchase-sale agreement for acquisition and capacity installment for a new business activity and reconstruction and sanation of the object and improvement of working conditions as well.
Note:
Seller is obliged before signing the contrac of the Agency for privatization in FBiH to provide unconditional and irrevocable bank guarantee for the sum of 20% bidding defined investment.
Initial price does not include tangible assets placed in the producing hall (t echnological equipment ) in the amount of 67.955,00 KM.
Bid submission and bidder's obligations:
All entities:physical, legal and foreign have right to participate in tender according to the Article 12 of the Law on privatization of enterprises (Official Gazette in Federation BiH, No..2/97,8/99,32/00,45/00,54/00, 61/01, 33/02, 28/04 and 44/04).
The bid is to be submitted in the sealed envelope on which it is stated the Code of the subject in sale, code of the bidder and the mark PONUDA.
Along with the bid envelope the bidder has to submit:
Separate sealed envelope marked with IDENTITET, code of the bidder and code of the subject in sale, containing data on bidders', identity and if the bidder is a legal entity a proof that conditions prescribed by the Article 3. Changes and Amendments to the Law on privatization of enterprises ('Official Gazette in Federation BiH', No. 28/04), are fulfillled.;
Separate sealed envelope marked with DOKAZ O UPLATI,Code of the bidder and the code of the subject in sale , containing the proof of deposit payment and proof of participation fees payment.
Deposit in amount of 100.000,00 KM is to be paid to the Agency for privatization in Federation BiH account No. 1540012000051021 at UPI Bank Sarajevo. Participation fees in amount of 3.710,00 KM are to be paid to the Agency for privatization in Federation BiH account No. 1540012000050827 at UPI Bank Sarajevo.
Bids should be submitted in accordance with the criteria stated in public invitation, directly or by recommended mail on the address of the Agency: Agency for privatization in Federation BiH: Sarajevo, .Alipašina 41, until 16.02.2005. , identity should not be disclosed. For the mailed bids the term of deadline will be in accordance with post delivery date.
The bidder may withdraw its participation in tender, but the Agency for privatization in FBiH should be advised in written at least 7 ( seven ) days before time determined for announcemenr of ranged bids. In that case the bidder may return deposit funds.
Valuation of the bids and selection of the best bidder
Valuation of the bids, the selection of the best bid and announcement of the best ranged bids will be performed in accordance with the Rules on sale procedure of property and shares or stake of enterpriseRevised text (Official Gazette in Federation BiH, No. 64/02 and 66/04).
Public announcement of the best ranges bids will take place in the premises of the Agency, Sarajevo, Mustajbega Fadilpašića No. 1, on 22.02.2005. at 10:00 o'clock. .
