Information from the session:

(Sarajevo, 24.6.2010.) SB was informed in details with a Report on auditiong of the financial reports of APF for 2009. and Action plan of APF in order to realize auditors recommendations. A president of SB of APF, Mr. Safedin Bajramović, said that a auditors report confirmed a report of SB of APF, which was sent to the Parliamenu FBiH which agrees with a regularity of workt of Agency for privatization in FBiH. Namely, and an auditing team in its report said that „reviewing a big documentation it had no substantional objections, being aware of the fact that an implementation of the privatization process is a very complex and a higly risky work and that in 2009.were introduced new systematic regulations and often changes of the existing ones, and that there are problems referring to their interpretation and implementation“.

On this occasion SB has brought a conclusion obliging the management of APF to apply an Action plan and to submit to SB at the end of the year a report on its realization.
