Agency for privatization in Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina has temporarily stopped privatization transactions in post offices where these transactions were performed, until the Parliament of Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina will adopt changes to the Law on Changes and Amandments on determination and realization of citizens' claims in the privatization proces and prolong a deadline of valitity of certificates.
According with existing lawl regulations, privatization transactions could be made until 30. June 2010.
Agency will again enable a trading of privatization accounts, after the Parliament FBiH will adopt changes to the Law by which, according with a proposed changes, a deadline of validity of certificates will be prolonged to 30.06.2011.
