A tender sale sector is organizing and activating a restructuring of complex companies in the jurisdiction of Agency, organizes and implements a sale of state capital of companies in the jurisdiction of authorized Agency through available methods of privatization, except a small-scale privatization.
Coordinated activities of APF and its sectors together with local and foreign institutions which support a process of privatization.
Activities of the authorized Sector are within the following inside organizational units: Department for a restructuring, Department for preparation and implementation of tenders and Department for coordination.
