Agency for Privatization in Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina ( FPA ) is specialized organization in Bosnia and Herzegovina performing professional, advisory, promotional, educational and other business activities relating to privatization process.
In the scope of its responsibilities FPA initiates and takes part in preparing and passing the laws and regulations referring to privatization, cooperates with competent Ministries, and ten cantonal agencies for privatization operating in FB& H.
Assignment of the Agency is monitoring the implementation of the privatization laws to approve and perform the privatization of the enterprises in its responsibility as well as the enterprises having its parts in more than one Canton. - Tender Sale Sector
Sector for support
Sector for passive sub balance and disputed property
Sector for joint business services
Performs activities in restructuring of large companies;
Undertakes activities and sale state owned capital of the companies in responsibility of FPA; coordinates activities with local and foreign institutions which are supporting privatization.
Following and monitoring law enforcement and other privatization rules, performs educational and publicity activities on privatization process, informative activities,
Follows up implementation of the agreements on sale of the state owned capital in the procedure of privatization.
- Sector for passive sub balance and disputed property
Prepares the sale of the objects and rights out of passive sub balance;
Take activities in preparation of ˇ°disputed ˇ° companies to be privatized;
Undertakes auditing for the value of the sate owned capital / property;
Conducts the sale in small privatization
Follows up implementation of the laws, rules and other enactments.
This Sector coordinates and improves business operations in FPA.
