In the Federal Ministry of Defense, there was a meeting with deputy minister for assigned industry, directors of enterprises for assigned industry, APF representattives. Conclusions of  this meeting were that:

• Federal Ministry of Defense made activities so far together with economic subjects for assigned production, relating to charges of pre-war claims from SDPR – Belgrade and others... Government of the FBiH , in 2001. made a Commission to charge claims, without result of its work.
• It is suggested to Agency for privatization in the FBiH to start activities towards Government FBiH, to solve these issues undertaking further activities, according to Section 1. of these Conclusions.
• Assets and money realized from these claims are to be given to economic subjects, in order to settle expenses coming from realization of above-mentioned contracts, payments of  unpaid salaries, liabilities towards PIO and ZO and others, as the state is owner of more than 50% capital of these enterprises.
