After discussion in Belgrade with representatives of SDPR, and according to agreed conclusions APF, among others, asked Yugoimport/SDPR to apply claims for companies from BiH, with number of agreements and remained amount of claims, which SDPR has submitted to the agent of Iraque Government. It is also asked for submission of international agreement between SFRY and Iraque, together with a list of agreements for delivery of goods and services, made between companies from the Federation of BiH and Yugoimport/ SDPR.
Asked documentation is necessary for APF, in order to keep going further activities, related to claims and liabilities made upon agreements with Iraque.
