Expert team of Federal Public Legal Office informed APF that they are not able to appoint a person, who would actively cooperate with Agency for privatization in the FBiH, because it deals with a complex and comprehensive materia of great importance, asking for intensive engagement to be solved, and that existing staff is engaged too much. Public Legal Office proposes an engagement of expert legal and economic team.
