COUNCIL OF MINISTERS OF BIH: DECISION ON TRANSFER OF ASSETS FROM PASSIVE SUB-BALANCE FROM ESCROW ACCOUNT TO APF
Ministry of Finance and Treasure initiated two times a discussion in Council of Ministers of BiH, in order to adopt a Decision on transfer of assets from Passive Sub-Balance from specific account to APF. Ministers from Republic Serpska were against adoption of this decision.
In the meantime, there was a meeting of representatives from APF and Ministry of Finance and Treasure, when it was concluded that it daoes not deal with assets to be a subject of succession.
Agency for privatization in the FBiH expressed its expectations that Council of Ministers BiH on the proposal of Ministry of Finance and Treasure, will discuss about decision, and adopt it.
